There is a thing called a bender, which looks like a spring, and there is a line. Put it in the position where the PVC tube is bent. The outside of the PVC tube is bent and heated with a hairdryer or a flamethrower. You can bend, and then pull the Bender out of the wire.

High-quality PVC tubes do not need to be heated.
